About Me

Strategy, execution, and human dynamics together.

I work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and human dynamics.

Over the years, I've noticed a pattern: high performers don't usually struggle with ambition or intelligence; they struggle with mental overload, unclear priorities, and carrying too much alone.

My work is about creating clarity that translates into action, and doing it in a way that respects your nervous system.

I care about thoughtful work, honest conversations, and building things that last (and making life-long connections in the process!)

A Bit More Personal

A little look at life off the clock.

When I'm not working or thinking about work, you can find me practicing yoga, going on walks with my partner and my dog, reading, daydreaming of travels while looking at the Maps app, learning something completely random (I'm a super geek), or trying to find the next interesting restaurant in town.

Some books I've enjoyed

  • Loving What Is — Byron Katie

  • The Power of Now — Eckhart Tolle

  • What's Our Problem?: A Self-Help Book for Societies — Tim Urban

  • Strong Ground — Brené Brown

  • Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear — Elizabeth Gilbert

  • Clear Thinking — Shane Parrish

  • The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership — Jim Dethmer

  • Radical Candor — Kim Scott

  • The Mountain is You — Brianna Wiest

  • Finding Ultra — Rich Roll

  • Can't Hurt Me — David Goggins

  • Untamed — Glennon Doyle

  • Originals — Adam Grant

  • The Denial of Death — Ernest Becker

  • The Comfort Crisis — Michael Easter

(Although my favorite book will forever be The Iliad, by Homer.)
